A life shaped by the sea
How it started
Sailing has become much more than a profession for me. It's a way of seeing the world, a reason to explore places I might never have visited, and a lifestyle that keeps me curious about what lies beyond the next horizon.
I wanted to build a business that allowed me to keep living that way, rather than separate the life I wanted from the work I did.
But I also wanted to share more of it.
You shouldn't need to own a boat, spend years learning to sail, or already know a group of people who share your interests to experience life on the water. There is a whole side of travel that opens up when you leave the road behind and start exploring by sea.
That idea became Group Sail Trips.
A different kind of week
A sailing trip has a rhythm of its own.
Mornings begin on the water. The day's plans depend on the wind, the weather, and the places waiting to be explored. There are quiet swims in sheltered bays, afternoons spent sailing between islands, and evenings that stretch longer than expected around a table by the harbour.
And then there are the people.
You might arrive knowing nobody. A few days later, you're sharing stories, inside jokes, and experiences that belong to your group alone.
That's what I find special about travelling this way. It's not just about seeing somewhere new. It's about being part of something while you're there.
What we care about
The experience comes first.
The best moments are rarely the ones you can schedule. We plan carefully, but leave room for the unexpected.
Good people make the trip.
We bring together small groups who are open to meeting others, trying something new, and sharing a week away from their usual routines.
Adventure should feel accessible.
You don't need sailing experience to join. My job is to take care of the boat, navigation, weather, safety, and the practical details that make the week work.
The details matter.
From choosing the right route to finding a place worth staying an extra hour for, we want every trip to feel considered without feeling overplanned.
