Popular Questions
Can I join solo?
Absolutely. Many join solo. This type of experience draws likeminded people who won't stay strangers for long.
Are the retreats safe?
Safety is our top priority. The boat is captained by a professional sailing captain and you will get a thorough safety briefing before we set sail.
What's the overall vibe?
Think good company, active adventures, and time to chill. There’s space to be social or take quiet moments for yourself.
Do I need prior sailing experience?
No prior sailing experience is needed. This retreat is designed for beginners, advanced, and curious adventurers. You’ll learn the basics of sailing and life onboard in a supportive, hands-on environment.
What if i have to cancel my trip?
It is possible to cancel your trip. See Terms & Conditions for more information and refund policy.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety is our priority. If conditions aren't suitable for sailing, we'll adjust the itinerary, do land-based activities, or relax in a protected harbor and wait for the weather to get better. It is very rare to have too strong winds for sailing for multiple days of the trip.
What should I pack?
Pack light! Soft bags are preferred over hard suitcases. Bring casual clothes, swimwear, sun protection, comfortable shoes with non-marking soles, and a light jacket for evenings. We'll send a detailed packing list after the booking and closer to the trip date.
Travel & Logistics
Do I need an insurance?
Yes. Everyone joining has to have a valid travel insurance.
What airport should I fly into?
This depends on the trip destination. For Croatian trips, fly to Split. For Greece, Athens airport is the closest. For trips in Sardinia, fly to Olbia. In Martinique, the best option is to fly to Fort de France or fly to St. Lucia and take a ferry from there. I'll also provide specific airport recommendations for your trip.
How do I get to the starting point?
Detailed meeting instructions will be sent after booking, including airport options, transfer recommendations, and exact marina locations. Most trips start from easily accessible coastal cities.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
We can recommend transfer options and help coordinate shared transportation.
What time should I arrive/depart?
Trips typically start on Saturday afternoon and end the following Saturday morning. We recommend arriving by early afternoon on the first day and booking departure flights for the afternoon on the last day.

How do I book a spot?
