General Information

Travel Documents

  • valid passport with at least 6 months' validity remaining beyond your return date.
  • Check whether you need a visa for the destination country based on your nationality. Confirming and arranging this is the Guest's responsibility.
  • Keep a digital and printed copy of your passport, booking confirmation, and travel insurance policy.

Travel Insurance (Mandatory)

All Guests are required to hold valid travel insurance covering medical care, evacuation, and trip interruption before departure. Please arrange this as early as possible and bring proof of coverage with you.

Flights & Getting There

  • Flights and travel to and from the departure location are not included in your trip price. Book these yourself once your booking is confirmed.
  • We recommend arriving at the departure location at least 6 hours ahead of time to room for delayed flights.
  • You can see the exact marina and info of the destination in the destination guides.
  • You can book a return flight for anytime on the day of departure.

Life Onboard

  • Follow all safety instructions from the skipper and crew. Safety decisions are theirs to make, always.
  • Expect shared space, communal meals, and a group rhythm. When traveling in a group flexibility and respect for fellow guests go a long way.
  • Routes and schedules can change due to weather or sea conditions. This is a normal part of sailing, not a deviation from plan.

Money & Connectivity Onboard

  • Bringing some local cash is always a good idea when traveling. Some destinations and islands might be limited in terms of credit cards.
  • The boat usually doesn't have a WI-FI, but we'll be sailing close enough to shore for cell service. E-SIM plans are available and relatively cheap in all of the locations.
