A hosted 8-day small-group sailing trip in the South Ionian, Greece.
We’ll sail from Lefkas through turquoise bays and charming Greek harbours, swim daily in crystal-clear water, and share long dinners under the stars. No sailing experience needed.
Small group (5–8 people)
Experienced skipper & host on board
Perfect for solo travelers & first-time sailors
Arrive at Lefkas marina in the afternoon and settle into your cabin. Meet the crew over welcome drinks on deck as the sun sets over the Ionian.
After breakfast and a short boat briefing, we set sail for the first time toward Meganisi.
It’s a relaxed and scenic passage, the perfect introduction to Ionian sailing. We’ll anchor in a sheltered bay for swimming before docking in a traditional harbour like Vathy or Atherinos for dinner ashore.
Morning swim, coffee on deck, then we sail south to Ithaca.
Kioni is one of the most beautiful harbours in the Ionian. Pastel houses, fishing boats, and windmills overlooking the bay. Spend the afternoon paddleboarding, exploring nearby hidden beaches, or enjoying a long sunset dinner by the water.
Today is our longest sail as we cross toward Kefalonia. Expect deep blue water, steady winds and that true open-sea feeling.
We dock in Agia Effimia, a lively seaside village. Optional scooter hire to explore inland villages or the famous Myrtos Beach before dinner in a waterfront taverna.
We sail back toward Ithaca and enter the deep natural harbour of Vathi, believed to be the home of Odysseus.
Steep hills surround the bay and olive trees line the shore. Swim off the boat, wander the quiet streets, and enjoy a relaxed evening in this timeless harbour town.
A wild and unforgettable day.
We stop at Atokos, a private and untouched island with turquoise water and dramatic white cliffs, the perfect swim and lunch stop.
In the afternoon we continue to Kastos, a peaceful island with a rugged, authentic Greek feel. Sunset drinks at the windmill overlooking the sea is highly recommended.
Our final sailing day takes us back north toward Lefkas. Expect one last swim stop in a quiet bay before returning through the Lefkas canal into the marina.
We’ll enjoy a final dinner together in Lefkas town and celebrate a week well sailed.
After breakfast, it’s time to disembark and head home. Depart with new friendships, sailing memories and a full week of island life behind you.
